The GEO Business 2017 Exhibition and Workshops are free to attend for anyone involved in, or with an interest in, the geospatial industry and associated industries.

Conference – Prices start from £15*

The two-day conference will welcome key professionals and experts presenting the latest advances in geospatial technology and services. The conference will ensure delegates are one step ahead with state of the art research and commercial developments.

Admissions Policy
Attendees to the GEO Business exhibition, workshops and conference should be involved in or have some connections or interest in the geospatial industry and associated industries. Attendees must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else.

Attendees to GEO Business are not permitted to distribute publicity material or solicit for business without the written consent of the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from GEO Business and the venue, who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules.

Confirmation of your registration for GEO Business
Once you have completed the registration process, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Approximately 3 weeks prior to the event, you will receive a detailed email providing further information to assist you with your planning, participation and details of entry.

Conference Registration Payment Terms – Applicable to delegates only
Conference Registration fees for GEO Business are in £ GBP. If you have selected to pay by invoice, you can download your invoice from your registration confirmation page and the confirmation email. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt either by bank transfer or cheque, unless the registration date is within 30 days where payment will be required immediately. If the invoice has not been settled by cleared funds prior to the date of the conference, we will require full payment at the higher onsite registration rate.

If you have selected to pay by credit card online, you will automatically be sent an email confirmation where you will find a link to download a receipt for your registration. All payments made to GEO Business will appear on your bill as Diversified Business Communications.

Cancellation of Attendance to the Conference – Applicable to delegates only
To qualify for a refund for your delegate registration fees, written cancellation must be received by Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd. Delegates cancelling by close of business on 21st March 2017 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after 21st March 2017 however the Delegate may substitute another person in their place at no cost provided that the Organiser is notified in writing in advance and that the new Delegate sign for acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

In the unlikely event that GEO Business 2016 is cancelled, Delegates shall be entitled to a full refund except in circumstances where it is beyond the Organisers control due in whole or part to the venue becoming unavailable, war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance. Diversified Business Communications will not be held responsible for direct, indirect or consequential loss incurred by the Delegate.

Limitation of Liability
Attendees agree to make no claim for any reason whatsoever against the Organiser, its Employees, Contractors, Insurers, Committees, Agents, and Sponsoring Organisations (collectively known as the Organiser) for loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods, or for any injury, including death to himself, employees, agents or representatives; nor for any damage to its business for failure to hold the event as scheduled. The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for the safety of the attendees, or their personal property.

Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. By participating in a Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd event or by failing to notify Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
